Tom Alderman is a 20 year veteran media
executive, reporter, analyst, and founder of MediaPrep,
a national media and presentation skills training firm.
With a strong background in media and crisis communications,
news conferences, speech preparation, presentation skills
and on-camera talent training. Alderman has worked both
as a broadcaster and print journalist, as well as TV executive
with CBS-TV and with Norman Lear's Embassy TV. He has
also been the Communications Director for the Governor
of Illinois.

As senior vice president for Golin/Harris
Communications and Fleishman -Hillard, Inc., Elizabeth
Handler has managed crisis and corporate communications
for a range of clients including PacifiCare Health
Systems, Toshiba America, Hewlett Packard and Pioneer
Electronic. She has handle national public relations
for the Century Council and its law enforcement,
education and community programs across the country.
She is a graduate of Harvard University

Melody Alderman, a clinical psychologist

Linda Novak has spent over 15
years coaching executives, managers and other professionals
in presentation skills, leadership skills, mentoring, conflict
resolution, stress mastery and interpersonal relations.
At Hughes Aircraft Company, Ms. Novack trained management
in the development and delivery of sales, technical and
marketing presentations to corporate and government clients.
She also served as Vice President of Training and development
for On Camera, a communications consulting company and conducted
corporate and presentation training for Impact Training
Associates. Her clients include Walt Disney Imagineering,
Mattell Toys, IBM, Xerox, Chevron, McDonnel Douglas and
the UCLA Medical Center. Ms. Novack is also a speech and
voice therapist working with clients to improve vocal delivery
and presence. She recieved her Masters degree from Northwestern
University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA.
